Compressor

To activate the structure, a compressor is used. The operating pressure is 3-6 bar. The air consumption is 0.26 m3/min for each meter of the screed rail length, which levels it.

Thanks to the precise tensioning clutch, flexibility and curvature can be easily and smoothly adjusted according to task requirements.

Easy setup

The rail has a sectional construction (1 m, 2 m, 3 m) that allows easy extension or shortening of its length as needed. The maximum processing length is 25 m. It can be easily assembled by a single operator.
