Shipping cost
The cost of delivery is formed by the carrier company and is paid by you upon receipt of the order. It depends on the chosen method of payment and receiving the parcel.
Shipping of oversized goods by cash on delivery is carried out only upon prepayment, in the amount of 10% of the cost of the goods. After receiving, you should pay the remaining amount for the shipped goods.
Orders below UAH 500 are sent prepaid.
When delivering an order by a carrier, we ask you to check the product for damage upon receipt. If this happens, please draw up a claim together with the carrier and inform the manager of our company about it.
