The consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of appropriate quality for a similar one from the seller from whom it was purchased, if the product did not satisfy him in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons it cannot be used for its intended purpose. The consumer has the right to exchange goods of appropriate quality within fourteen days, excluding the day of purchase.

 

Exchange of good quality goods is carried out:

  • if it has not been used;
  • if its commercial form is preserved;
  • consumer properties, seals, labels;
  • settlement document issued to the consumer together with the sold goods.

 

Explanation:

Product form: The new product is sold with factory protective films, this is one of the factors in determining the product appearance. The charger, the headset, any wires and the battery are covered with protective films. The buyer should remember that it is not recommended to damage these packaging elements! Also, there should be no scuffs and scratches on the product.

Was not used: All electronics come with default software. Check whether the device has been used or not - an authorized service center manager for receiving goods can. In the case of detection of third-party programs, changes in settings, traces of use (files, photos, notes, video recordings) - the store may use the right to refuse the customer as a violation of this clause.

Seals, labels and settlement documents: Also, this item refers to the product form. If during the return you lost some document, information data, or broke the seal on the product - the situation will be similar. Settlement documents must be provided, the original check and warranty card, for a refund.

Accessories - unpacked accessories are subject to return. If there are traces of dissection of the accessory and attempts to repack it (this especially applies to PE packaging or blisters), the product cannot be returned. When can they be returned? You can cancel the purchase by checking it before the sale.

Terms of exchange / return of goods of inadequate quality

In the event that defects are detected during the established warranty period, the consumer has the right to demand:

  • proportional price reduction;
  • free elimination of product defects within a reasonable period of time;
  • reimbursement of expenses for the elimination of product defects.

The consumer's requirements provided for in this article cannot be satisfied if the seller, manufacturer (an enterprise that satisfies the consumer's requirements, established by the first part of this article) proves that the defects of the product arose as a result of the consumer's violation of the rules for using the product or its storage. The consumer has the right to participate in the product quality check personally or through his representative.
