Hydrophobic impregnation Bayris Hydro Stop siloxane 1 l 150-300 ml/m² (Б00002328) is designed for surface hydrophobization of substrates to achieve a final water-repellent coating. Suitable for application on concrete, brick, natural sandstone, mineral plasters, and other porous substrates. It can also be used to hydrophobize water-emulsion paints and acrylic plasters. Recommended for treating sculptures, facades, stone structures, slate, clay products, and porous concrete. The product is less suitable for weakly adsorbing, dense natural stones, especially limestone and marble. Suitable for both exterior and interior works. It is a ready-to-use product, odorless, and free of toxic substances. It deeply penetrates the substrate and creates a hydrophobic barrier that effectively repels water and has a self-cleaning property. It prevents the appearance of efflorescence, dirt, reduces the risk of mold and mildew. Increases frost resistance, does not create a film, and does not give shine to the surface. Work should be carried out at substrate and ambient temperatures ranging from +8°C to +30°C (in the absence of direct sunlight) and relative air humidity from 50% to 80%. Do not dilute with water. Before use, thoroughly mix the product. Apply with a continuous uniform layer using the "wet on wet" method, with a brush, roller, or spray, following the recommended impregnation rates. Consumption: 150-300 ml/m² per layer depending on the type of surface (depending on the degree of substrate absorption).
