Plasticizer Bayris Super for concrete and screeds 1 l 15% (Б00001621) is a universal super plasticizer designed to improve the workability of concrete mixes with significant reduction in water content. Recommended for use in all types of concrete (reinforced and unreinforced), mortar mixes, and dry construction mixes. It is used for floor screeds, monolithic construction, masonry, and other types of construction work. It is added in the production of commercial, decorative, and hydrotechnical concretes, machine-laid concretes, above-ground and underground engineering structures, and the production of reinforced concrete products. It can also be applied in concrete screeds (especially for underfloor heating), poured and self-leveling floors. For prestressed concrete (ceilings, benches, columns), production of precast concrete, and other concrete products (cement-sand bricks, concrete blocks, paving stones, fences, curbs, paving slabs, etc.) in areas of dense reinforcement, where high workability of the mix is particularly important. It helps distribute cement particles in the concrete mix, significantly increasing its workability and plasticity, thereby facilitating the concrete pouring process. It allows reducing the water content of the mix by 15% while simultaneously increasing the strength, water and frost resistance, and crack resistance of the finished concrete products. It prevents the appearance of efflorescence during operation. It does not cause corrosion of metal elements. It provides savings in mix production by reducing the amount of cement. Work should be carried out at a temperature of the base and ambient environment ranging from +5°C to +30°C.
