Anti-corrosion primer Bayris Primer 2 in 1 2.7 kg red-brown (Б00002053) is designed for painting surfaces made of black metal (steel, cast iron, iron) that are used in atmospheric conditions and indoors before being coated with various paints and enamels: metal structures, equipment, agricultural machinery, railway cars, lifting cranes, pipes, reservoirs, gates, grids, doors, furniture, etc. The primer is made using highly effective corrosion inhibitors. It provides reliable long-term protection of metal surfaces from rust and corrosion. It can be applied directly to rust with a thickness of up to 100 microns. Ensures strong adhesion of paint materials to the painted surface. Increases the durability and weather resistance of the final coating. The product provides enhanced corrosion protection. The primer is applied by roller, brush, or spray method. During application, the temperature of the surface, the enamel itself, and the surrounding environment should be at least +5°C, and the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 80%. Drying time of each layer at a temperature of +22°C and relative humidity of 55%: dust-free - 2 hours; full drying - 24 hours. In case of lower ambient temperature, the drying time increases. The consumption of primer for a single-layer coating is 80-120 g/m². The maximum limit of volatile organic compounds for this product is: 500 g/L. The product, in ready-to-use condition, contains no more than 350 g/L. The product does not contain Pb.
