Bioprotective for wood сopper Bayris Concentrat 1:6 1 l brown (Б00002222) is designed to protect wood from UV radiation, biological decay, rot, and mold. It prevents the growth of algae, lichens, moss, mold fungi, blue fungus, and insects. This product is suitable for protecting structural wooden elements (attic coverings, frames, log houses, truss systems, etc.) and building wood (floors, fences, arbors, terrace boards, columns, etc.) from high levels of wear and tear. Suitable for household, professional, and industrial use under operating conditions of 1-4.1 classes according to DSTU EN 335-1:2010 (the class of use depends on the application method). The concentrated copper wood bioprotection is a brown-colored preparation containing copper compound, algicide, fungicide, insecticide, and modifying additives. It changes the wood color after application (light brown) and effectively protects wood from a wide range of biological attacks and environmental influences (including UV radiation). It is used for deep and surface impregnation (soaking) of wood species with high and moderate absorption levels. It does not change the wood structure, does not cause chemical degradation of cellulose in the surface layer, and does not form a polymer film or salt layer. It has a characteristic ammonia smell. It belongs to low-corrosion activity products concerning black metals. Drying time: 4-6 hours per layer. Consumption: 250-400 ml/m² - actual consumption may increase depending on the type of wood, construction, application method, wood absorption capacity, and size of the treated surface. The working solution is prepared on-site, observing the ratio of 1:6 (1 liter of product per 6 liters of clean or distilled water). Works should be carried out at the base temperature and ambient temperature within +5°C to +25°C and relative air humidity from 50% to 75%. Before use, the product should be thoroughly mixed. Apply evenly with a brush, brush, roller, or spraying method. To ensure protective properties, apply the bioprotective layer in 1-2 coats, observing the recommended consumption. Protect the treated wood from water for at least 48 hours.
