Handheld tile cutter Distar Mechanic TRACER 1200 1200 mm 18 kg (80115429026) – your reliable partner for tile work! Unleash the potential of your tiling projects with the Tracer manual tile cutter, carefully designed to enhance the tile cutting process. The tile cutter effortlessly cuts tiles up to 1200 mm, making it an ideal choice for the most common sizes. But most importantly, it handles precise cutting of smaller tiles, ensuring unprecedented cutting accuracy. The cutter features two quick-change rollers that can handle any type of tile. The 22 mm diameter roller delicately cuts tiles up to 10 mm thick, while the small 12 mm diameter roller conquers textured and thicker tiles ranging from 10-15 mm. The tile cutter is equipped with two parallel guides made of sturdy metal, providing the strength and straightness needed for flawless cutting. Additionally, it features adjustable stops for stable and repeatable cutting, even diagonally. A built-in green laser allows cutting tiles with precise accuracy along the designated lines. The power comes from 2 AA batteries or a 18650 battery (charger included). Thanks to the removable roller lubrication system, especially when working with materials under internal tension (overfired porcelain stoneware), the probability of precise tile breaking increases significantly, extending the roller's lifespan. It is recommended to use glass cutting oil. The Tracer tile cutter includes working area extenders with adjustable stops and screws, a charger, laser, instructions, safety goggles, and a container for the oil delivery system. The weight of the tile cutter is only 18 kg.
