The ProMIG-500-15-4-400V W features a fully digital control system, providing multifunctionality and extensive options for precise welding mode settings. The increased duty cycle at a nominal current of up to 500 A allows working with any electrodes ranging from 1.6 mm to 8 mm, as well as performing semi-automatic welding with solid wire diameters from 0.6 mm to 1.6 mm. Thanks to the dual-body design, the power source can easily be separated from the wire feed unit, significantly increasing mobility and convenience when working in MMA and TIG modes. Equipped with two additional connectors for connecting a liquid cooling hose and a power contact cable. The ProMIG-500-15-4-400V W is equipped with a high-quality 4-roller metal wire feed mechanism with a powerful sealed motor, and the universal KZ-2 "EURO" type connector enables the connection of welding torches from a wide range of manufacturers. The robust bracket for welding wire allows the installation of spools weighing up to 15 kg. The ProMIG-500-15-4-400V W, combining high power and performance, is lightweight and compact in size. Thanks to its LCD screens, the device is easy to configure for any task. The device is supplied with high-quality accessories from ABICOR BINZEL, allowing immediate use in MIG/MAG and MMA modes. The unit features a liquid flow sensor that protects the torch from burning out in case of liquid circulation interruption. The Cooler-7 model ensures reliable cooling for torches during high-current welding operations (> 300 A for semi-automatic welding and > 140 A for TIG welding) and is an essential component of welding equipment operating under these conditions. The Cooler-7 can hold up to 7 liters of coolant and ensures circulation in a closed system with high power (liquid supply up to 10 meters) and efficiency (up to 6.5 liters per minute).
