Welding inverter Paton PRO-200 D 200 А 1.6-5 mm (1014020013) is a professional device designed for manual arc welding (MMA), tungsten inert gas welding (TIG), and semi-automatic welding (MIG/MAG) in protective gases and mixtures. It features fully digital control with an enlarged LED display and encoder for easier adjustments. This welding machine is specifically engineered for industrial use and offers additional settings. It supports continuous duty cycle at the rated current of up to 200 A, allowing the use of electrodes with diameters ranging from 1.6 mm to 5 mm, and also supports semi-automatic welding with solid wire up to 1 mm in diameter. The built-in idle voltage reduction block in MMA mode ensures safe operation in challenging conditions, while the voltage protection block enhances the reliability of the machine by safeguarding against low voltage and brief high voltage conditions. Function "ANTI-STICK" During the initial arc strike, the electrode may stick or adhere to the workpiece, which can lead to overheating and excessive heat, potentially damaging the electrode. If the electrode sticks to the workpiece, the device reduces the welding current within 0.6 to 0.8 seconds. This makes it easier for the welder to detach the electrode from the workpiece without the risk of eye injury from an accidental arc strike. Once the electrode is detached from the workpiece, the welding process can continue uninterrupted. |

Function "HOT-START" The "HOT-START" function improves ignition even when using electrodes that are difficult to ignite. It also helps to achieve better penetration of the base material during ignition, resulting in fewer cold welds. Additionally, it prevents the formation of slag inclusions.
