It supports electrodes with diameters from 1.6 mm to 5 mm, including high-melting electrodes, with a nominal current up to 200 A. The duty cycle is at least 40%, making it suitable for both home use and workshops for metal construction assembly and small-scale building projects. The PATON ECO-200 features built-in under-voltage protection, enhancing its reliability. Thanks to the increased frequency of the voltage supplied to the transformer, this device is significantly smaller in size compared to traditional models, providing convenience and ease of use.

Function "ANTI-STICK" During the initial arc strike, the electrode may stick or adhere to the workpiece, which can lead to overheating and excessive heat, potentially damaging the electrode. If the electrode sticks to the workpiece, the device reduces the welding current within 0.6 to 0.8 seconds. This makes it easier for the welder to detach the electrode from the workpiece without the risk of eye injury from an accidental arc strike. Once the electrode is detached from the workpiece, the welding process can continue uninterrupted. |

Function "HOT-START" The "HOT-START" function improves ignition even when using electrodes that are difficult to ignite. It also helps to achieve better penetration of the base material during ignition, resulting in fewer cold welds. Additionally, it prevents the formation of slag inclusions. |
