Deep-penetrating primer Bayris DPA Grunt PR3 10 l 150-250 ml/m² (Б00002251) is designed to increase the strength of all types of porous, loose mineral surfaces with high water absorption (lightweight concrete, plaster, gypsum and brick surfaces, etc.), before applying putty, painting, wallpapering, tiling, and other plastering and painting works. It prevents the growth of bacteria, mold, and mildew. Recommended for leveling water absorption and increasing the adhesion strength of decorative materials to mineral surfaces. It is suitable for use in areas with high humidity (kitchen, bathroom, basement) and poorly ventilated areas. The primer can be used for both interior and exterior works. It is ready for use, odorless, and free from toxic substances. The product deeply penetrates and strengthens the surface, evens out water absorption of the base, and reduces the consumption of subsequent decorative and protective materials. After drying, it forms a colorless film that does not hinder vapor permeability. Work should be carried out at a temperature of the substrate and ambient environment ranging from +5°C to +30°C (provided there is no direct sunlight) and relative humidity from 50% to 80%. Do not dilute with water. Apply in a continuous, even layer using the "wet-on-wet" method, with a brush, paintbrush, roller, or by spraying, until the base is fully saturated. The next stage of finishing works should be carried out after 4-6 hours. Consumption: approximately 150-250 ml/m² per layer depending on the type of surface (depends on the degree of absorption of the base), application technology, and the tool used.
