Fixation points reduce adjustment time and prevent inadvertent depth changes during operation. Precise adjustment of the chamfer angle is located directly above the guiding plates. The router has a universal milling head with three carbide swiveling plates for chamfering at any angle from 0 to 90°. The large surface area of the guiding plates enables control over the milling process. Additionally, there is a support roller for easy guidance along pipes, facilitating edge preparation for welding. The router is equipped with a front handle that can be adjusted without tools to achieve safe and uniform tool control. The Metabo Marathon motor features patented dust protection for extended tool service life.
