Facade paint Bayris Facade Silicon base С 13 kg clear (Б00002346) is designed for decorative and protective painting of facades of residential, commercial, public, and industrial buildings, as well as for refreshing existing paint coatings. The facade paint is recommended for insulation systems using mineral wool and polystyrene foam (expanded polystyrene). It can be applied in high-traffic interior areas (staircases, corridors, kitchens, and bathrooms). Apply to prepared surfaces made of cement, gypsum, plasterboard, concrete, as well as to cement-lime, polymer, polymer-cement plaster. The "Facade Silicone" TM "Bayris" paint is easy to apply, has high coverage, and adhesion. It repels water well and has a self-cleaning property. Thanks to the silicone content, the paint has increased vapor permeability. The obtained coating is white, matte (sheen G3), fine-grained (particle size S1 - less than 100 μm), of medium thickness (dry film thickness E2 - less than 100 μm), highly vapor permeable (class V1 - Sd <0.14 m) and has high water repellency (class for water resistance W2 ≤ 0.25 kg / (m2 * h0.5), resistant to the appearance of algae, moss, mold, and blue stain. The ecological advantages are confirmed in accordance with the requirements of the international standard DSTU ISO 14024. The facade paint is odorless and does not contain toxic substances. The substrate for painting requires careful preparation and should be sufficiently strong, with uniform water absorption, degreased, visually clean, dry, free from dust, mold, and other biological formations. To equalize water absorption of the substrate and protect it from microorganisms, it is necessary to apply primers TM "Bayris" in accordance with the instructions. Polymer-cement decorative plasters must withstand at least 72 hours before applying the paint. Work should be carried out at temperatures of the substrate and ambient air from +5°C to +30°C (under the condition of no direct sunlight) and relative air humidity not exceeding 80%. Depending on the substrate and application conditions (temperature, humidity, porosity, and type of substrate), the paint can be diluted with water up to 10% for the first layer, and not more than 5% for subsequent layers. Add the same amount of water to all buckets. Apply the paint in two layers with a brush, roller, or paint sprayer. Some saturated bright colors may require an additional layer due to their nature. The minimum interval between applications is 1-4 hours depending on weather conditions. To ensure uniform color on large surfaces, painting should be carried out continuously, using the "wet-on-wet" method, using material from one batch or mixing different batches of paint together. Interruptions in the painting process should be performed in places where it will be least noticeable, at surface junctions (corners).
