Sanitary silicone sealant Soudal transparent 280 mm 25% (20000000020002) with acid curing and enhanced resistance to moisture, mold, and mildew is designed for grouting and sealing joints of ceramic materials, glass, and certain metals. It exhibits excellent adhesion to common sanitary materials such as glass, ceramics, glazed surfaces, as well as concrete, brick, wood, and some metals. Once cured, it becomes elastic and resistant to atmospheric precipitation. This sealant is used for sealing sinks, baths, and enameled shower trays, for sealing between the sink and the wall, for filling joints of ceramic tiles in wall-floor connections. It is also utilized for all elastic seals in areas with increased humidity (kitchens, bathrooms, and laundries), for seals exposed to moisture in refrigeration chambers and ventilation devices, and for urgent glass works (frames made of untreated wood or painted with paints). Due to its acidic reaction, it may interact with certain metals. Not suitable for use on plastics.
